Referral Program - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility to Participate
To be eligible for the Referral Program ("Program"), you must verify yourself with a valid ID, phone number, and email. Both you and your referred friends or family members must comply with the following terms and conditions to qualify for the referral rewards.
2. Program Restrictions
You are not eligible to participate in the Program if your loan account has received any other incentive or reward offer from Aaron. This Program cannot be combined with other promotions or incentives.
3. Awareness of Referral Arrangement
Your referred friend or family member must acknowledge that they are aware of the referral arrangement between you and Aaron. Both parties must consent to the referral in accordance with these terms.
4. Referral Qualification Criteria
For the referral to be valid, your referred friend or family member ("Referral") must:
(i) Be a new customer of Aaron.
(ii) Appoint Aaron as their exclusive mortgage broker for the purpose of applying for a home loan or commercial loan.
(iii) Successfully settle a new home loan or commercial loan through Aaron.
5. Minimum Loan Settlement Requirements
The referred loan must meet the following criteria:
- The settled loan amount must be at least AUD $500,000.
- The net loan balance must remain no less than AUD $500,000 for a minimum of six months following settlement.
6. Referral Payment Structure
- For home or commercial loans settled between 1 December 2023 and 31 December 2024, eligible referrers who are existing customers of Aaron for at least 12 months will receive a referral reward of AUD $1,000 in the form of an e-gift card.
- Referred customers who successfully settle a loan with Aaron within this period will receive a reward of AUD $500 in the form of an e-gift card.
- If the referrer has not been an existing customer of Aaron for over 12 months, or has never been a customer of Aaron, both the referrer and the referred customer will each receive an e-gift card valued at AUD $500 following the successful settlement of the loan.
- Each referral is eligible for only one referral payment, regardless of the number of borrowers or loans under the new customer’s application.
7. Reward Notification and Distribution
Upon successful loan settlement and confirmation of eligibility, you will be notified via email of your reward. The e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided by you during registration.
8. General Terms
Aaron reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or the website. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Aaron's decision regarding eligibility and rewards distribution is final.
